AN INTERESTING NOTE ABOUT A POSSIBLE OBE IN THE BIBLE

Having read The Holy Bible in its' entirity, several times probably... I found this information very interesting during my research about OBEs. There is a part in the Bible where the sisters of Lazarus put in an emergency plea for Christ to return to their home immediately, due to the fact that their brother has died. They weep hysterically to Christ about having the power to bring their brother back to life! Lazarus had been placed in a stone tomb when buried near their home. Christ arrives and declares to one of the sisters of Lazarus to stop crying and stop grieving over your brother. "He is not dead" "He is sleeping". These girls are hysterical and will not accept these words from Christ. No way! Their faith and mistrust I guess was out of hand at this point and by the way, it is the only place in the entire Bible that it is stated that Christ Jesus cried. It says, JESUS WEPT. (I wonder if his frustrations and sadness about having faith in his words got the best of him for the first time on earth OR maybe it was just a sign of his compassion at that moment of how fragile and weak we humans really were???)
In any case, Christ calls out and demands that Lazarus "Come forth!" Out of the stone tomb walks Lazarus, alive and well.
This brings me to the point Sylvan Muldoon makes about Astral Projection. He suggest the possibility of Lazarus having been in the catalyptic state of being, a paralyzed sleep state when having an OBE. I really wonder about that, because there were no sophisticated instruments as we have now to determine the heartbeat or pulse, etc. if it were so low that it was not noticible? These are some of the things that happen when you have OBEs.
Some say, Christ was an Advance Astral Projectionist? Was he? There are others in the Bible where so called, miracles were performed and if analyzed could be related to OBEs. The so called, WILL is a very powerful thing. In the study of CREATIVE VISUALIZATION, the will and faith and focus, etc. is very important to achieving one's goals.
