This morning I woke up calmly, finding myself on my back. For some unknown reason to myself, I began remembering one of my most awesome OBES when I seemed to be "lifted" out of my physical body and placed in a place very similar to this picture I found on the internet😃 (I remember the figures in front of me appearing very similar to this one, in that they all seemed to be covered in robes that were "whiter than snow?")
These particular thoughts quickly exited my mind, due to my seemingly starting to doze off into the "half-awake, half-asleep" state. I knew very well that this was the beginning of an "unprovoked/uncontrolled, but conscious OBE.
Someone's hands were massaging, primarily the bottoms of my feet? I was able to, without moving to be able to discern the image of the entity doing so. It was somewhat of a young male, that seemed "chubby in size" and very focused on that which he was doing to my feet. There seemed to be an older male next to him instructing him in some kinds of procedure he was performing on me.
The kneading of my feet became stronger and stronger, almost to the point of making me fearful? But, I did not resist.
Shortly, it was over and I immediately projected fully from my physical body. At which time, I gained control of the experience and moved quickly out of my bed onto the floor of my bedroom, standing in an upright position. At which time I moved quickly from my room via the window, onto the outdoor sidewalk.
I felt myself highly energized and excited! Everything outside was real (more than real) as it appeared always when I was there in the physical. With the exception of things such as, the sounds. There were no sounds! As was always during my OBES, the absences of sounds were amazing! It always seemed to me that the silence like be able to "hear velvet" :) There was no feelings of it being cold outside (Later when back in my physical, I discover the temperature outside was 35 degrees.)
There were no people on the streets and no vehicles moving.
I was anxious to think about what actions I would take during this OBE, but found instantly at the thought........ Was back in my physical body in my bed at home!
Presently, here back in my physical body I will now begin to reflect on this OBE today with the desire to discover its' full significance..... I am already intuiting that it has something to do with the healing process of my physical body via my astral body?
