This morning when contemplating an attempt at having an OBE, I was surprised to have experienced an "unprovoked" oneš² I instantly found myself, seemingly gliding in a peaceful , unfamiliar area where my astral body moved slowly pass different houses along a road.
Suddenly, I found myself along side someone very familiar. It was my best friend's father. He had passed on many months ago after a debilitating medical condition. For many years in the past, when visiting his home with my friend, we had numerous conversations together, just the two of us. As I moved along side him as he seemed to be viewing possibly a house of his choice...... He knew I was next to him but he seemed very focused on observing various rooms in different houses as we moved on..... His only words spoken to me were those of some personal advice about my life.
During all of this I noticed he was eating a sandwich....I could see it very clearly and its' contents. Egg salad. After he spoke his final words to me, I was projected back into my physical body in my bed back at home.
His personal advice to me was very significant about a decision I would eventually need to act on. Due to my usual "doubting Thomas" attitudešI found myself thinking very deeply about my own way of trying to "confirm" that this OBE was of importance or had I simply been dreaming this time and did not realize it?
Later, in the early afternoon, I decided my process of finding out some kinds of confirmation.
I called his wife on the phone and at first proceeded to have a very casual conversation. Then I went in for the plot that I had decided.......I asked her a question very casually....... "I thinking about him this morning and for some reason the thought entered my mind. What was his favorite food/dish?" At first on hearing the question she giggled and then immediately responded, "Egg salad sandwiches! He loved egg salad sandwiches .......He would be satisfied to have a egg sandwich instead of a gourmet meal any day!" In spite of my surprise, I kept calm and casual as we ended our conversation, without her even asking me my reasons for asking this question.
After hanging up the telephone, I sat quietly in deep thought...... Once again, I suspected that The Universal Mind and Spiritual Beings on the other side were attempting, as has been done several times to me....... To convince me to shed my doubts about my metaphysical experiences! More later..........

I put a comment on NDE Facebook and you suggested that I could add something to your blog for you to read. I wrote about my experience with my friend Pam. Here is another one that I would like to run past you. During the 80's and 90's I was in a very difficult part of my life. During that time as well as several years afterwards. I had a very vivid dream most nights. I would be trying to go somewhere but I couldn't go straight there. I had to sneak in and out of houses some and occupants and some not. I would climb through windows or sneak in back doors etc. I was trying to go somewhere but I never got there. The most important thing was that I could not be seen. I watched people sometimes but I wasn't allowed to be seen. OBE or just crazy?
Hi:) Instantly I am going to answer your question to me.....AND, remember always, my answers, suggestions, etc. are not base on my believing, "I know it all". (They are based on my being able to relate to others, because they are presenting an experience that is something I am sure that from past experiences, I learned/got messages/intuited, etc. during my own OBES/and other non-physical experiences.) Now, my thoughts on your question about my take on that which you presented to me......THOSE were NOT "Dreams" They were conscious out of body experiences/astral projections....Unprovoked. Keep checking out my journals/blogs.....I believe much is mentioned about it. YOU, seemed to have been given somewhat of a similar "messages" in references to your present life. Via going deep within and being patient, have great desire to do so.......It is my opinion, based on past experiences as such........The answers will be revealed to you:)

This is good for me to know......For me, "similarities" are somewhat like, "confirmations" via others such as yourself!:)
