Hi Everybody!💓 I wish to take this opportunity to express to you some thoughts on the projection of the astral body........ That which I learned long ago was that every single human being on this planet (And our beloved Pets also) have the instilled abilities within to provoke having our real true bodies exit from our physical vehicles that we travel in while visiting this , "Earth School" that we have chosen to attend in order to learn and evolve before returning HOME!
Unfortunately, many of we human beings have done so under very traumatic situations occurred during our physical lifetimes without actually realizing the experience was real?
These are considered, "unconsciously unprovoked" OBES........ There is another non-physical experience we might have that is primarily the same, and that is referred to as, NDES/NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES. These are the only differences known at the present time....... A human being can have a limited amount of NDES. That amount presently established has been "5". Also, one must die physically in order to do so. OBES can be experienced, both unprovoked and provoked without limitations during one's physical lifetime!
Many of those having experienced NDES/OBES have informed me of the isolation they have endured due to having withdrawn from revealing their experiences with others that are unaware of such non-physical experiences.
If I were asked to give any advice on this issue, I will simply say the following: Do not concern yourselves with that which others say or believe......Focus on YOURSELVES😍Hopefully, you will come to discern that we are all traveling on different paths of enlightenment.....Let's face it, we all appear to arrive here on this physical/material world, SOLO! Realize that when our physical journey is complete here, that we will depart, SOLO!
During our OBES, we come to realize that we enter into another dimension that seems unfamiliar at first, but with time we begin to realize that there is something very comfortable about it all.....Sometimes, even more comfortable and "desired" than the physical existence that we had become accustomed to being in on a daily basis? We observe that instantly, we can totally exist without others that we had come to relate to as somewhat like, "crutches?" We are far more powerful, far more awesome than ever imagined when previously traveling in the physical vehicles we were enclosed in while attempting to learn various lessons in order to evolve higher before returning HOME💗
During the out of body experience we discover how we left behind so many material things that we misinterpreted as being our "life lines". We begin to discover that all that we thought we did not know.......We always did, but only were too busy wanting to be a member of "the herd" to accept our own individuality! Have you ever noticed how many became outcasts for not doing so?
I have encountered quite a few people asking me to please assist them in learning how to have astral projections......FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS!😂
By the way, here is something one will discover when investigating the subject of astral projection. MOST all books/research done on the subject of the out of body experience (astral projection) throughout history, have been done by MEN???
I wish to present to all before completion of my thoughts to you here, something said by a person from the past that I wholeheartedly admire and honor..... SYLVAN MULDOON, a person that lived on this planet before I arrived here....... He said:

How do we astral project or have an obe?
Ok. There is no "one way" to learn to begin having out of body experiences. This is what you will have to know....Every human being on the planet has the ability to project from one's physical body. We do so every single night when we go to sleep. The problem is tha we do not realize it....Sometimes we mistake them for "Dreams". By the way, even Animals astral project when they sleep:) Not realizing we are doing so is referred to as "unprovoked/unconscious" projections. What you wish to do is, have "provoked/conscious" projections!:) In order to do so, you must have tremendous DESIRE to do so......It can be very difficult and frustrating at first, BUT, if you never give up no matter what.....You will succeed! When you have your very first conscious projection it will then become EASIER for you to have them when you so desire! (You must become focused and determined without let up.) There is too much to say here, but I mention various books in my blogs..... There are TWO that are my absolute favorites.... THE PROJECTION OF THE ASTRAL BODY by Sylvan Muldoon, who was considered a Master of it. The other is a book by a person I met several years ago. THE SECRET OF THE SOUL...William Buhlman. They suggest several techniques. Try to find one that you feel confident working with and stick to it......MOST OF ALL...DO NOT GIVE UP! I promise you that when achieve your goal of the projection of the astral body.....You will forever be in awe of that which you have been missing out on.....:):):)

Mmmmmmmm.....You unfortunately give me the impression of a very confused soul, or someone that has difficulties with "Reading Comprehension???" Maybe, just maybe, I might be able to help you via the following...My journals/blogs presented here were to enable me to SHARE much of that which I have learned/discovered after many decades of focused, sometimes, hard work in doing so! I continue to not consider myself a, "know it all", so therefore, I will insert into several of my blogs, those that I consider to be respected highly by myself as advanced astral travelers. The two that I have mentioned (One I met in person at a seminar on the subject, William Bulhman and the other being the first book that I ever read on the subject of Astral Projection, Sylvan Muldoon way before my time of being born on this planet). By the way, these are only two of hundreds of books once might investigate. When discovering them, I came to realize that there is so "set method" of projecting, but as with all things we study/learn, we must learn the basics and then move on from there... I would suggest that for YOU, that you really search the subject because I have no doubts that it would help very much for YOU to "expand your mind" beyond it's present state. This way, you would be enabled to also develop your intuition and not base your insults, such as "scams, etc." on air space flowing through your head. Love and Light to you!

My boyfriend had an OBE I saw him first let me explain he has a bad drinking problem. Something we argue about quite a bit. He was really drunk one night and had slept most of the day. I was on my way to bed before I reached the room he came out headed to the bathroom saying he was not asleep. I felt every hair on my body rise and realized it wasn’t his physical body, the only thing his hair was solid white. I screamed in fear I thought he died I jumped in the bed screaming I touched him he was stiff I screamed again and he stood straight up I nearly had a heart attack. I told him what I saw his lil pup saw it too she ran and hid with every hair on her back raised He later told me he was dreaming of his grandma whom raised him he adored her with all his might and to this day cannot speak of her without getting really emotional. So with your experience what do you think of this I would like to know your thoughts on this I must say I was drained and it took me a couple of days to get over this. I do have encountered many spirits and they have reached out to me and they do touch me. Thoughts please thank you.
Hi, I am sorry but I cannot really give you much input about your non-physical experience? I would only question as to the certainty of the entity that you and your Dog encountered was actually the person you believe it to be??? (Your boyfriend???) By the way, for two physical human beings to meet during an OBE, from what I have learned and experienced, it would have to be "intentional" or "planned" beforehand...From what you have presented, it does appear that YOU were having an unprovoked OBE.... By the way, as mentioned in my blogs, I discovered some time ago, an attempt to touch a spiritual being no longer on this earth is not permitted. I believe I got verification on that when once....only once, I was "touched" by the person that had previously crossed over to the other side, and it was one of the most electrifying (literally!!!) experiences to ever happen to me on my return to my physical body. Hopefully, via your giving this experience more time to think about and evaluate, you might discover that answers might come to you. Meditations are always helpful... LOVE AND LIGHT TO YOU!:)
